14. Cancellation of Orders and Services

  • 14.1 Because our courses and resources are delivered digitally, you acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once you have accessed or downloaded the content. This is in line with UK and EU consumer law relating to digital products.

  • 14.3 If you purchase a course or resource by mistake and have not accessed or started it, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a refund. Refunds, where agreed, will be issued within 14 calendar days.
